Asopori is an independent educational platform. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or an official representative of any government entity of Bangladesh or any other country. This includes, but is not limited to, the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC), Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA), Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, Directorate of Primary Education (DPE), or any other government, semi-government, or autonomous institution.
2. Source of Information
All government-related exam information (e.g., BCS, NTRCA, Primary, Bank, etc.) and other educational content displayed in this App is collected via API from our privately owned website:
These websites are privately managed educational portals. They are not government domains and are not operated by any government entity. The App acts as a client interface to display this public information conveniently.
3. Use of the App & Age Requirement
The App provides educational content for job preparation and a CV Maker tool.
Eligibility: This App is intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this App.
Educational Content: The content is provided for informational and preparatory purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the information fetched from our servers.
User Responsibility for Verification: You are solely responsible for verifying all information (such as job circulars, exam dates, syllabi, and results) with the respective official government sources. For authentic and updated government information, users must visit official portals such as:
4. CV Maker Feature & Local Data
The CV Maker feature allows you to create, save, and manage your curriculum vitae locally on your device.
Local Storage & Privacy: As stated in our Privacy Policy, all data you enter into the CV Maker (including name, address, photo, signature) is stored exclusively locally in the App's private storage on your device. We (AsoporiTech) do not have access to this information, and it is never uploaded to our servers.
Media Selection: The App uses the system's native photo picker to allow you to select a photo or signature. By selecting an image, you grant the App permission to use that specific image solely for generating your CV PDF.
Data Loss Warning: Since data is stored locally in the App's private directory, uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data will permanently delete your CV information and saved PDFs. We cannot recover this data for you. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your generated PDF files.
5. Exam Management System
The App allows you to participate in model tests and quizzes. You may be asked to enter a "Student Name" to appear on your result sheet and performance analysis.
No Verification: We do not verify the identity of the user or the name entered. The name is used solely for display purposes on your results and leaderboards.
User Control: You are free to edit, change, or use an alias for this name at any time within the App settings or before starting an exam.
Device ID & Integrity: To ensure fair play, prevent duplicate submissions for the same exam, and maintain the integrity of the Leaderboard, the App may automatically record your Device ID or unique identifier when you submit an exam answer. This technical data is used solely for exam management and fraud prevention.
Self-Assessment: All exam scores and results provided by the App are for self-evaluation and practice purposes only. They have no official validity for government job applications or certifications.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App is supported by third-party advertisements provided by networks such as Google AdMob and Meta (Facebook) Audience Network.
By using the App, you agree to receive such advertisements.
No Endorsement: The presence of an advertisement in the App does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Asopori Tech of the product, service, or company advertised.
User Discretion: We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any actions you take based on those ads. Any interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and all content sourced from asopori.com and app.asopori.com are the intellectual property of Asopori Tech and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content without explicit permission.
8. External Links & Website Policies
The App may contain links to third-party websites (including official government portals). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Please note that our websites (asopori.com) may have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies (e.g., regarding cookies or web-based accounts) that differ from this App's policies. When you leave the App to visit a website, the website's policies apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." Asopori Tech makes no warranties regarding the App's functionality, uptime, or the accuracy of its content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, data loss due to uninstallation, or reliance on its content.
