AsoporiTech ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Asopori mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Note: Asopori App and the website asopori.com are privately owned by AsoporiTech. Since both platforms are under the same ownership and the App retrieves data exclusively from its own parent website, all content is 100% copyright-compliant.
1. Information We Collect
We categorize data collection into four types: Local Data (device-only), General Network Data (for free users), Premium Account Data (for paid students), and Third-Party Data (advertising).
A. Local Data (User-Generated & Cached Content) The App is highly optimized for offline use. Data entered in these sections is stored locally on your device and is NOT uploaded to our servers.
CV Information: Full Name, Parents' Names, Date of Birth, Contact Details, NID, Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, Skills, and Licenses.
Media Files: User-selected photos and signatures are processed locally on your phone for PDF generation.
Search History: Terms you search for are stored in a local database (sqflite) for your convenience.
Offline Cache Data: With your explicit consent, the App caches study materials, exam questions, and settings locally on your device to enable offline reading.
B. General Network Data & Identity Recovery (Free Mode) For general users, the App does not require a traditional registration. However, basic data is processed to maintain system integrity.
Student Identity (Alias): Students may participate in free exams using a "Nickname" or "Alias." This name is used strictly to display results and rankings.
Permanent Device ID: We collect a permanent hardware identifier (such as Android ID).
Purpose: This ID serves as your unique "Student Identity." It allows the App to automatically recover your "Student Name" and "Global Rank" from our server even if you clear the cache or reinstall the App.
Security: This ID ensures fair competition by preventing multiple exam attempts from the same device for the same exam.
C. Premium Account Data (Paid Mode) To access special batches and exclusive exams, the App provides a "Premium Login" portal for enrolled students.
Login Credentials: We collect your registered Phone Number and Password to authenticate your premium session. Registration is not done inside the App but via our official website.
Profile Data: Upon successful login, the App retrieves your profile data (Name, Phone Number, Institution, and Assigned Batches) from our secure server to display on your dashboard.
Session Management: Your Premium ID is saved locally (via SharedPreferences) to keep you logged in.
D. Advertising & Mediation Data To provide free educational services to general users, we use a hybrid advertising system involving Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network (Mediation). (Note: Premium logged-in users enjoy an ad-free experience).
Advertising ID: Third-party networks access your device’s Advertising ID (AAID) to provide relevant ads.
Rewarded Content: We use Rewarded Interstitial Ads. Free users may voluntarily watch a short video to "Unlock" premium features, such as detailed Exam Results and Answer Analysis.
2. Third-Party Integrations & External Links
WhatsApp Integration: The App includes external links to redirect users to WhatsApp for official customer support and to join exclusive Premium WhatsApp Groups. The App does not collect, read, or intercept your WhatsApp data.
Third-Party Liability: Clicking on external job links, website links, or social media links will take you to third-party platforms. AsoporiTech has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
3. Job Alerts & Information Accuracy
The Asopori App is NOT an official recruitment body and does not issue job circulars.
Informational Purpose: The App serves strictly as an informational dashboard to alert students about new recruitment notices published by various organizations.
Verification Advised: We provide summaries of job requirements, deadlines, and direct links to official sources or PDF circulars. Students are strongly advised to verify all information from the official source provided.
4. App Permissions & Security
Internet Access: Required to fetch exam questions, authenticate premium users, load job alerts, and serve ads.
Advertising ID Permission: Required by Google and Meta for ad delivery and analytics.
Storage & Media: The App uses secure system pickers for photos/signatures and stores generated PDFs in its private internal directory. It does not require broad access to your personal files.
Android 15 Compliance: The App is optimized for the latest Android standards, supporting 16 KB memory page sizes to ensure stability on the newest hardware.
5. Data Storage and Security
Security: Since your CV data never leaves your device, it is as secure as your physical phone.
Cloud Data: For free users, only non-identifiable Device IDs and Exam Scores are stored. For Premium Users, phone numbers and encrypted passwords are securely stored on our backend servers following industry-standard encryption protocols.
6. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Policy Compliance)
We respect your right to manage your data.
Local Data Deletion: You can edit your CV data, clear your search history, or log out of your Premium account within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all local records.
Account Deletion Request: If you are a Premium User or a Free User and wish to permanently delete your account, device ID, exam records, and global rank from our servers, you can request data deletion by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp.

7. Age Restriction
The App is intended for students and job seekers (general audience). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy to reflect new features or regulatory changes. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
