Privacy Policy for Asopori App

AsoporiTech ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Asopori mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We categorize data collection into seven types: Local Data, E-commerce Data, General Network Data, Premium Account Data, Referral Program Data, Special Exam Data, and Advertising Data.

A. Local Data (User-Generated & Cached Content)

The App is highly optimized for offline use. Data entered in these sections is stored locally on your device and is NOT uploaded to our servers.

• CV Information: Full Name, Parents' Names, Date of Birth, Email Address, Contact Details, Address, NID, Gender, Religion, Marital Status, Blood Group, Height, Weight, Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, Skills, Trainings, References, and Licenses.
• Media Files: User-selected photos and signatures are processed locally on your phone for PDF generation.
• Search History: Terms you search for are stored in a local database (sqflite) for your convenience.
• Offline Cache Data: With your explicit consent, the App caches study materials, exam questions, and settings locally on your device to enable offline reading.

B. Educational E-commerce Data (Physical Products)

• Order Details: When you place an order, we collect your Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number solely to facilitate delivery.
• Payment Method: We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD). The App does not collect or store credit card numbers or sensitive banking details.

C. General Network Data & Identity Recovery (Free Mode)

• Student Identity (Alias): Used for nicknames in free exams and leaderboards.
• Permanent Device ID: We collect a hardware identifier (Android ID) to recover your "Student Name" and "Global Rank" even after a reinstall.
• Security: This ID prevents multiple exam attempts from the same device for the same exam.

D. Premium Account Data (Paid Mode)

• Login Credentials: We collect your registered Phone Number and Password (registered via our website). Alternatively, you may sign in using your Google (Gmail) account — your email address is matched against your registered student record.
• Profile Data: Retrieves your Name, Phone Number, Institution, and Assigned Batches from our secure server.
• Session Management: Your Premium ID is saved locally to keep you logged in.
• Password Management: Premium users may change their account password directly within the App. Passwords are transmitted securely and are never stored in plain text.

E. Referral Program Data (Premium Users Only) NEW

Premium students may participate in our Referral Program to earn commission by inviting new students to subscribe.

• Referral Code & Link: A unique referral code and shareable link are generated and associated with your premium account.
• Earnings & Activity: We store referral counts, commission earnings, tier status, and monthly leaderboard rankings on our secure server.
• Withdrawal Requests: When requesting a payout, we collect your chosen Payment Method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) and your Mobile Account Number. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳400. This information is used solely to process your payment.
• Monthly Leaderboard: Referral rankings are displayed publicly within the App (name and referral count only). No sensitive financial data is shown publicly.

F. Special Exam Data NEW

Free users may participate in the Special Exam — a quiz-based feature where correct answers earn ৳1 and wrong answers deduct ৳0.25 from your balance.

• Local Balance & Performance: Your earnings balance, correct/wrong answer counts, session data, and answered question IDs are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and are NOT uploaded to our servers during normal quiz activity.
• Google Sign-In (Required): This feature requires signing in with your Google account. Your Google UID and email address are used solely to identify your account for withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal Requests: When you request a cash payout (minimum ৳500), we collect your Google UID, Email Address, Withdrawal Amount, Payment Method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), and Mobile Account Number. This information is transmitted to our secure server solely for payment processing.
• Package Renewal: If you choose to renew your Special Exam package, all local data (balance, session count, answered IDs) is reset on your device. No data is sent to our servers during renewal.

G. Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

To provide free educational services, we use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Note: Premium logged-in users enjoy an ad-free experience.

• Advertising ID: Google AdMob may access your device's Advertising ID (AAID) to provide relevant ads.
• Rewarded Content: Free users may watch a short video to "Unlock" premium features, such as detailed Exam Results and Answer Analysis.

2. Push Notifications & In-App Messages UPDATED

A. Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — a Google service — to deliver server-sent push notifications to your device.

• FCM Token: A unique device token generated by Firebase is registered to our backend server (along with your Android Device ID) on first launch and whenever the token refreshes. This token enables us to send targeted notifications to your device.
• Notification Interaction Tracking: When you open a push notification, we record the interaction (campaign ID + device ID) on our server to measure notification effectiveness.
• Notification Types: We send notifications about daily exam reminders, new job circular updates, and other App announcements.
• Firebase Privacy: Google's Firebase service may process your FCM token in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

You may disable notifications at any time via your device's Settings. Notification permission is requested after the App UI loads and is never required for core functionality.

B. In-App Messages

The App may display targeted in-app messages (banners, popups) fetched from our server.

• Device-Based Targeting: Your Android Device ID is used to fetch relevant messages from our server.
• Engagement Tracking: We track whether a message was shown, dismissed, or clicked (using your Device ID) to improve our communication. No personally identifiable information beyond the Device ID is recorded.

3. Third-Party Integrations & External Links

• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. Google may process device tokens in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In: Used for Premium Login and Special Exam access. Only your email address is retrieved from Google and used to authenticate your registered account. We do not access your Google contacts, drive, or any other Google service data.
• WhatsApp Integration: Includes links to redirect users to official support or Premium Groups. We do not read or intercept your WhatsApp data.
• Third-Party Liability: Clicking on external job links or social media links takes you to third-party platforms. AsoporiTech assumes no responsibility for their privacy practices.

4. Job Alerts & Information Accuracy

The Asopori App is NOT an official recruitment body.

• Informational Purpose: Serves as a dashboard for recruitment notices published by various organizations.
• Verification Advised: We provide summaries and links to official sources. Students must verify information from official sources before acting.

5. App Permissions & Security

• Internet Access: Required for exams, premium authentication, job alerts, push notifications, and e-commerce.
• Advertising ID Permission: Required by Google AdMob for ad delivery.
• Notification Permission: Required to receive push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. Optional — core features work without it.
• Storage & Media: Uses secure system pickers for photos and stores generated PDFs in its private directory.
• Android 16 Compliance: Optimized for latest hardware standards, supporting 16 KB memory page sizes (API level 36).

6. Data Storage and Security

• Local Security: CV data and Special Exam balance/performance data never leave your device (except during a withdrawal request).
• Cloud Data: Device IDs, FCM tokens, Exam Scores, Referral Data, Special Exam withdrawal requests, and encrypted credentials/order info are stored securely on our backend servers.
• Withdrawal Data: Mobile account numbers submitted for withdrawal (both Referral and Special Exam) are stored securely and used exclusively for payment processing.

7. Account & Data Deletion

• Local Data: Uninstalling the App deletes all local records (CV, cache, search history, Special Exam balance).
• Server Data Deletion: Users can request permanent deletion of their account, device ID, FCM token, referral data, Special Exam withdrawal history, and order history via email, WhatsApp, or our web portal: https://asopori.com

8. Age Restriction

The App is intended for students and job seekers. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18 without parental guidance.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy to reflect new features or regulatory changes. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
