Refund Policy

At Asopori, we aim to provide a transparent and fair environment for our educators (Teachers), learners (Students), and customers. This policy outlines the rules regarding financial transactions, revenue withdrawals, and potential refunds on our platform.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all financial activities conducted on https://asopori.com and the Asopori Mobile App. This includes digital educational services and physical products sold through our e-commerce section.

2. For Physical Products (E-commerce)

We have introduced a marketplace for physical educational materials (e.g., books, stationery).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Since we primarily use the COD method, the transaction is completed only upon delivery.

  • Return & Replacement: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book/product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Refund for Pre-payments: In cases where a pre-payment was made (if applicable) and the product is out of stock or cannot be delivered, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds or returns are not applicable for a "change of mind" once the product has been unsealed or used.

3. For Educators (Teachers) - Withdrawal & Reinstatement

Teachers earn revenue based on student participation.

  • Withdrawal Requests: Teachers can request a payout once their balance reaches the minimum threshold of 300 BDT.

  • Payout Rejection: If a withdrawal request is rejected by the Admin (due to incorrect account info or technical issues), the amount is immediately refunded back to the Teacher's virtual wallet.

  • Finality: Once a payout is marked as "Completed," the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.

4. For Learners (Students) - Digital Services

  • Free Content: No refunds are applicable for free exams or materials.

  • Paid/Premium Exams: * Technical Failure: If a verified server-side error prevents access to a paid exam, a refund or credit will be provided.

    • No Refund After Access: Once an exam has been started or study material has been viewed, no refunds will be issued as the digital service is considered "consumed."

5. Refund Process

  • Automatic Refunds: Failed or rejected payouts for teachers are processed automatically by the system.

  • Manual Requests: For e-commerce or premium exam issues, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction/delivery.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Revenue earned from fraudulent student attempts or bot traffic.

  • Products that have been damaged by the user after delivery.

  • Transactions completed more than 30 days ago.

  • Suspended accounts due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.

7. Payment Method Accuracy

Users are solely responsible for providing accurate mobile banking numbers (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) or shipping addresses. AsoporiTech is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect number or products delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect new features or services. Any changes will be updated on this page.
