Refund Policy

At Asopori, we aim to provide a transparent and fair environment for both our educators (Teachers) and learners (Students). This policy outlines the rules regarding financial transactions, revenue withdrawals, and potential refunds on our platform.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all financial activities conducted on https://asopori.com and the Asopori Mobile App. Since Asopori acts as a platform connecting teachers and students, the refund logic differs for each user role.

2. For Educators (Teachers) - Withdrawal & Reinstatement

Teachers earn revenue based on student participation in their published exams. Our system handles these earnings through a virtual "Wallet."

  • Withdrawal Requests: Teachers can request a payout once their balance reaches the minimum threshold of 300 BDT.

  • Payout Rejection & System Refunds: If a withdrawal request is rejected by the Admin (due to an incorrect account number, technical issues, or violation of terms), the requested amount is immediately refunded back to the Teacher's virtual wallet balance.

  • Finality of Completed Payouts: Once a withdrawal status is marked as "Completed" and the funds have been sent via the chosen mobile banking method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), the transaction is final and cannot be reversed or refunded.

3. For Learners (Students)

Currently, Asopori offers free participation for most educational content.

  • Free Content: No refunds are applicable for free exams or study materials.

  • Paid/Private Exams (If Applicable): In cases where a student pays for a specific premium exam or resource:

    • Technical Failure: If a student is unable to access a paid exam due to a verified server-side technical error, a refund or credit to retake the exam will be provided.

    • No Refund After Access: Once an exam has been started or the study material has been viewed, no refunds will be issued as the digital service is considered "consumed."

4. Refund Process

  • Automatic Refunds: As per our system logic, any failed or rejected payout is processed automatically by the system, and the balance is updated instantly.

  • Manual Refund Requests: For any other transaction-related issues, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Revenue earned from fraudulent student attempts or bot traffic.

  • Transactions completed more than 30 days ago.

  • Cases where a user’s account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Payment Method Accuracy

Users (especially Teachers) are solely responsible for providing accurate mobile banking numbers (bKash/Nagad/Rocket). AsoporiTech is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect number provided by the user.

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Payout Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
