1. Disclaimer of Government Affiliation (IMPORTANT)
Asopori is a privately owned, independent educational platform. It is NOT an official representative of, affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government entity, including but not limited to BPSC, DPE, the Ministry of Education, or any government bank. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
- Age requirement: This website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
- One account: Asopori uses a single unified account across the platform. You may register with a phone number and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or create accounts fraudulently.
3. Exam System & Student Participation
- Anonymous participation: Students may take free exams using a nickname/alias, without registration or identity verification.
- Leaderboard integrity: We may record technical identifiers (e.g. hashed IPs or device IDs) solely to manage attempts and prevent fraud.
- No guarantee: Materials are for self-assessment and practice and do not guarantee employment or certification.
4. Community & User-Generated Content
- Your content: You are responsible for the posts, questions, comments, answers and votes you submit. Content must be lawful, relevant and respectful, and posts must meet the minimum content requirement shown in the composer.
- Prohibited content: No spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual or illegal content, or infringing material.
- License to display: By posting, you grant Asopori a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the Asopori ecosystem. You retain ownership of your own content.
- Moderation: We may remove content, and restrict or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms.
5. Points, Wallet & Withdrawals
- Points: Points can be earned through platform activity (e.g. the Special Exam quiz — 25 points per 1,000 correct answers, with wrong answers neither rewarded nor deducted; and the app install-referral program — a verified install credits +1 point). Points have no cash value except as an eligible withdrawal under these Terms.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to your mobile-banking account (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) subject to the minimum amount shown in the App/website, and are reviewed to prevent fraud.
- Anti-fraud: Fake installs, emulators, self-referrals, multi-accounting and other manipulation are prohibited and may forfeit points and result in account suspension.
6. Premium Membership
- Access: Premium unlocks paid exams, an ad-free experience, premium-only content and group access.
- Payment: Premium may be purchased in-app from your wallet balance or by submitting a mobile-banking payment for admin review. Access is granted after verification.
7. Educational E-commerce (physical products)
- Ordering: You agree to provide accurate, complete shipping information.
- Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD); pay in full to the delivery personnel on receipt.
- Descriptions: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
- Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and third-party couriers.
8. Intellectual Property & Exclusive Licensing
All Asopori content — quiz questions, model tests, study materials, text, graphics and logos — is the exclusive property of AsoporiTech and protected by copyright law.
- Exclusive app license: We grant the official Asopori Mobile App an exclusive license to use and distribute this content.
- Prohibition: No other website, app or individual may copy, reproduce, scrape or distribute our content without explicit written consent.
9. Job Alert Tracker
- Not a job provider: We are not a recruitment agency and do not host official application forms.
- Verification: Verify all job information with official government portals or the official sources provided.
10. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
- Advertising: The website and App are supported by Google advertising (AdSense/AdMob). Ad appearance is not an endorsement. Premium members are ad-free.
- External links: Clicking external links is at your own risk; we do not control their content or privacy practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. AsoporiTech shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the service, downtime, or reliance on its content.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
