Terms & Condition for Asopori App

1. Ownership and Copyright Transparency

The Asopori App and the website asopori.com are owned and operated by AsoporiTech, a private entity. The App retrieves its educational data and content exclusively from its parent website, asopori.com. Since both platforms are under the same ownership, all content displayed within the App is 100% copyright-compliant and authorized for use.

2. Disclaimer of Government Affiliation

Asopori is an independent educational platform. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or an official representative of any government entity of Bangladesh or any other country. This includes, but is not limited to: BPSC, NTRCA, DPE, or any other government institution.

3. User Accounts & Login System

The App offers two modes of usage:

• Free Users: No registration required. Free users cannot create a personal profile within the App.
• Premium Users (Paid Students): Students enrolled via our website can use the "Premium Login" for exclusive exams and an ad-free experience. Account creation is handled strictly via the website.
• Password Management: Premium users may change their account password directly within the App at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Teachers & Admins: Exam management and administrative functions are handled exclusively via the website dashboard, not the App.

4. Educational E-commerce (Physical Products)

• Ordering & Delivery: By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate shipping information. We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method.
• Product Responsibility: While we strive for quality, AsoporiTech is not responsible for damages caused by third-party delivery services, though we will assist in resolving delivery issues.

5. Referral Program NEW

Premium students may participate in the Asopori Referral Program to earn commission by referring new subscribers.

• Eligibility: Only active Premium (paid) students with a valid subscription may participate.
• Referral Code: Each premium student is issued a unique referral code and link. You may share this link via WhatsApp, social media, or any platform.
• Commission: Commission rates and tier structures are determined by AsoporiTech and may be updated at any time. The current rates are displayed within the App.
• Withdrawal: Earnings may be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳400. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take up to 7 business days.
• Prohibited Conduct: Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or use of automated tools to generate referral clicks are strictly prohibited. AsoporiTech reserves the right to disqualify and withhold earnings from any account suspected of abuse.
• Program Changes: AsoporiTech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Accrued legitimate earnings will not be forfeited due to program changes.
• Leaderboard: Monthly top referrers are displayed publicly within the App (name and referral count only).

6. Push Notifications NEW

The App may send locally scheduled push notifications for daily exam reminders (1:00 PM) and job alert updates (9:00 PM). These are generated on-device and do not involve any remote push notification server.

• Notification permission is optional. Denying it does not affect core App functionality.
• You may disable notifications at any time via your device's system settings.

7. Job Alerts & Information Accuracy

• Informational Purposes Only: The App acts strictly as a dashboard to alert students about recruitment notices published by other organizations.
• User Responsibility: Users are strongly advised to verify the authenticity of any notice from the provided official source before taking any action.
• Third-Party Liability: AsoporiTech assumes no responsibility for the content or safety of external third-party sites.

8. Exam Management & Student Identity

• Alias for Free Users: Nicknames are used only for result display and ranking.
• Rank Recovery: The App uses a permanent hardware identifier (Android ID) to preserve your standing and prevent exam fraud without requiring an account.
• Self-Assessment: All exam scores are for practice purposes only and have no official validity for job certifications.

9. CV Maker & Offline Functionality

• Local Storage: All data entered in the CV Maker (Name, Photo, Signature, etc.) is stored exclusively locally on your device. We never upload this data.
• Data Loss Warning: Uninstalling the App or clearing data will permanently delete your CV records. You are responsible for backing up your generated PDFs.

10. Advertising & Content Access (Google AdMob)

• Free Users: Some features may be locked behind a "Rewarded Ad" system. By watching a short video, you unlock these features temporarily.
• Premium Experience: Logged-in Premium Students enjoy a completely ad-free experience.

11. Third-Party Integrations (WhatsApp)

The App uses external links to open WhatsApp for official support or private batch groups. AsoporiTech does not monitor or store any messages sent via WhatsApp.

12. Eligibility and Age Requirement

This App is intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

13. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. AsoporiTech makes no warranties regarding uptime or the absolute accuracy of third-party job info. We are not liable for data loss, technical errors, or referral program disputes arising from circumstances beyond our control.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
